Miss Linda Kay Blake, 65, of Kincaid, IL passed away Sunday, January 29, 2017 at the home of her nephew, near Kempner TX.

She was born in Taylorville, IL May 25, 1951 the daughter of Harles and Helen (Rhodes) Blake.

Ms. Blake was a member of Midland United Methodist Church, Kincaid.  She retired from the payroll department of Franklin Life Insurance Company, Springfield, IL.  Linda loved ceramics.

She is survived by a great many friends and distant relatives. 

Ms. Blake was preceded in death by her parents and a sister Beverly Bottoms.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, February 4, 2017 at Masterson Funeral Home, Kincaid, IL.  Pastor Steve Smith will officiate.  Burial will follow in Bethany Cemetery, rural Edinburg, Illinois.  The visitation for Ms. Blake will be held from 10:00 a.m. until the service time at Masterson Funeral Home.  Memorials may be made to her church.
