Jane Marie Hailey, 61, of Taylorville, IL formerly of NY, TX, and AR, passed away at 1:11 P.M. Thursday, June 23, 2016 at home in Taylorville, IL.

She was born in Springfield, IL October 11, 1954 the daughter of Robert J. and Ruth M. (Matlock) Hailey.

She worked several years as a financial analyst at Memorial Medical Center and enjoyed keeping up with current events, Horse Racing, watching basketball and movies.  She loved spending time with her family and tending to her cats.  

Surviving are a daughter Erica Johnson of Cambodia, her mother Ruth Crandell of Springfield, IL., a brother Robert and wife (Lynne) Hailey of Pawnee, IL., and 2 sisters Patricia “Patt” Brown of Kincaid, IL and Barbara McNamara of Springfield.

Jane was preceded in death by her father Robert J. Hailey, her grand-parents, and a nephew Jake McNamara.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. June 30, at Vineyard Christian Church 6439 Canadian Cross Dr. Springfield, IL. A meal will follow services at the church. Masterson Funeral Home of Kincaid, IL is assisting the family with arrangements.
