William Ray "Bill" Plummer, Jr., 41, of Kincaid, IL passed away at 4:11 P.M. Wednesday, November 5, 2014 at his home.

William was born in Springfield, IL March 31, 1973 the son of William Ray Plummer, Sr and Cheryl Morris.

Mr. Plummer was a member of Kincaid Church of God. He attended South Fork Community High School and loved fishing, gambling, playing on his computer and spending time with his family.

Surviving are his mother Cheryl Morris-Fehring of Taylorville, IL father William Ray Plummer, Sr. of South Carolina, 3 children Christopher, Jasmine and Landen Plummer and 3 step children Rebecca, Reese and Larissa Wilson all of Wisconsin, a sister Audria (Bobby) Miller of Taylorville, IL an uncle Robert "Bob" (Tammy) Morris of Kincaid, IL maternal-grandmother Nora Morris of Kincaid, IL paternal-grandmother Evelyn Plummer of Auburn, IL niece and nephews Hannah Miller, Cameron Swinford and Christian Paine along with many cousins.

He was preceded in death by an uncle Alfred Morris, Jr., aunts Jenelle Brest and Carol Plummer, maternal Grandfather Alfred Morris, Sr., and paternal grandfather Ray Plummer.

A memorial service was held at 10:00 A.M Tuesday, November 11, 2014 at Masterson Funeral Home, Kincaid. A funeral meal, and sharing memories of William Ray Plummer, Jr was held immediately following services at the Kincaid Church of God.
