Tammy Lynn (Turner) Austin

Tammy Lynn (Turner) Austin, 66, of Tovey, IL, passed from this life on Wednesday, February 25, 2026.

She was born on January 13, 1960, in Taylorville, IL, the daughter of David and Grace (Hadden) Turner. Tammy married her beloved, Maurice (Moe) Austin on July 27th, 1996. Above all, Tammy treasured time spent with family.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Moe, and her mother, Grace.

Tammy is survived by her father, David Turner of Tovey; brother, Michael (Amanda) Turner of Springfield; nephews, Shane Turner and partner, Sarah Long, of Tovey, Ethan Turner of Springfield, and Nate Turner of Springfield; niece, Sheree (Turner) Saari (Allan) of Providence, Rhode Island; and great nephews, Sage, and Tate Turner, and Gregory Saari.

A private family service will be held on a later date.
