Robert "Christopher" Flaherty

Robert "Christopher" Flaherty, 49, of Taylorville, IL passed from this life Wednesday, January 27, 2021 at Carle Hospital in Urbana, IL.

He was born in Hillsboro, IL April 10, 1971 the son of Robert E. and Constance (Sides) Flaherty.

Mr. Flaherty graduated from Taylorville High School and later married Jacki Marion January 23, 1993.  They later divorced.

Chris enjoyed Spending time with his family and friends, bowling, league softball and was known to socialize.

Surviving are a daughter Gabi Flaherty and a son Brayden Flaherty both of Kincaid, IL his parents Robert and Constance of Taylorville, IL and 2 brothers Don and Arlen Pembroke.

He was preceded in death by his close friend Donnie Klinger and companion Barb Miller.

Cremation rites have been accorded.  A celebration of life will be held at a later date.  Masterson Funeral Home & Cremation Service is assisting with arrangements.
