Randy Lee Harter of Kincaid died June 6, 2015 at home.

He was born July 19, 1961 in the state of Virginia, the son of the late Alice Sinkhorn and George Harter.

He at one time worked at the Stonington Grain Elevator and for Edinburg Township.

He is survived by 2 brothers Gene Harter of Bulpitt, IL and Scott Sinkhorn of Kincaid, IL and a sister Melinda Bell of Decatur, IL

He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister Kathy Abbott.

Cremation rites have been accorded. A memorial service will be announced at a later date.

Masterson Funeral Home in Kincaid is assisting his family with arrangements.
