"Payton Pants" Tylur Joseph Best, 10 month old infant of Kylie Best and Cody Hagen of Findley, IL formerly of Taylorville, IL passed away at 11:14 A.M. Monday, June 15, 2015 in Shelbyville Memorial Hospital, Shelbyville, IL.

He was born August 23, 2014 in Decatur, IL.

Payton loved his mommy and daddy and enjoyed hanging out with all of his family and grandpa Gary.

Surviving are his parents Kylie Best and Cody Hagen of Findley, IL 2 sisters Annabelle May Hagen and Reece Elain Hagen of Findlay, IL grandparents Gary (Baneta Houk) Best of Tovey, IL, Doug Hagen of Findley, IL and Julie Bolen of Cape Girardeau, MO great grandparents Nancy Beard of Owaneco, IL Ann Johnson of Jackson, MO, Doris Hagen of Bethany, IL along with a great many aunts and uncles that include Corey Pasqueno, Dillon and Austin Houk, Aaron Denison, Deanna Hagen, Dustin Martin and Alyshia Rightnower along with a host of cousins.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grand mother Arlena "Jean" Beard and maternal great grand parents Henry "Pick" and Rosalie Best and maternal great grand father Frank Beard.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Monday, June 22, 2015 at Masterson Funeral Home, Kincaid. Burial will follow in Oak Hill Cemetery, Taylorville, IL. Visitation for Payton Pants will be held from 11 to 1:00 P.M. Monday at Masterson's

Memorials may be made to the family and will be designated at a later date

Candlelight vigil at Manners Park in Taylorville on Sunday 6/21/15 at 8:00 pm.
