Mrs. Grace M. Lornitis, 62, of Kincaid, IL passed away at 6:05 a.m. Saturday, April 2, 2016 in Taylorville Memorial Hospital.

She was born at St. John's Hospital in Springfield, IL September 26, 1953 the daughter of George M. "Tony" and Ramona (Collins) Jack.

She married John Lornitis and he preceded her in death on October 2, 2010.

Grace attended First Presbyterian Church in Taylorville, IL. She worked many years in administration at Memorial Medical Center, Springfield, IL retiring as the 1st shift supervisor of admitting. Mrs. Lornitis loved reading, sewing and spending time with her family especially her grandchildren.

Surviving are her daughter Toni Cleeton of Kincaid, IL, a step daughter Alison Moore of MO, her mother Ramona Jack, 3 grandchildren Kaitlyn Marie Wright, Bridgette Danielle Cleeton and Ovey "Randy" Cleeton, Jr., all of Kincaid, IL 2 brothers Myron (Pam) Jack of Decatur, IL and Franklin (Kelly) Jack of Kincaid, IL along with several step-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, father George "Tony" Jack in 1996, and a brother Benjamin Jack.

Funeral services will be held at 7:00 P.M. Tuesday, April 5, 2016 in Masterson Funeral Home, Kincaid, IL. Rev. Michael Evanchak will officiate. A visitation will be held for one hour prior to her services at Masterson's. Burial will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday, April 9, 2016 in Edinburg Cemetery.
