Mr. George William Henson, 46, of Kincaid, IL died at 2:45 p.m. Thursday, March 3, 2016 at Taylorville Memorial Hospital.

George was born in Decatur, IL September 5, 1969 the son of Loyd L and Leuberta M. (Tucker) Henson. He married Sandy Hendricks in November of 2011.

George loved fishing, working on cars, small engine repair and spending time with family and friends.

Surviving are his wife Sandy, children Zach Henson, Cody Henson, Brandon Kees, Destiny Kees all of Decatur, IL step son Cody Kees of Langleyville, his mother Leuberta, 3 sisters Reba Williams, Deborah Nance all of Kincaid, IL and Sandra Marie Lee of Decatur, IL 2 brothers Loyd "Junior" Henson and Donnie Henson both of Missouri, along with many nieces nephews and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father Loyd Henson in October 2001 and a sister Charlotte Ann Becks in December 1997.

George's family and friends will be able to see him and tell him good bye from 3 to 4:00 P.M. Thursday, March 10, 2016 at Masterson Funeral Home, Kincaid. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 P.M. Monday, March 14, 2016 at the Kincaid Baptist Church. Rev. Louis Kunz will officiate. Burial will be at a later date.
