Mr. Brian L. Williams, 57, of Decatur, IL formerly of Tovey, IL died at 12:35 p.m. Friday, January 29, 2016 at home.

He was born in Taylorville, IL August 6, 1958 the son of Jack L. and Patricia A. (Swinburne) Williams.

He spent the last 35 years with his devoted and loving companion Cheryl Sneyd. Brian worked hard, many years as a general laborer before being disabled.

Surviving are his companion Cheryl Sneyd of Decatur, 3 daughters Barbara, Crystal and Jennifer all of Maryland, 2 sisters Cindy Williams of Taylorville, IL and Debby (Larry) Baker of Litchfield, KY several grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild and many nieces, nephews and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, February 3, 2016 at Masterson Funeral Home, Kincaid. Rev. Chad Foster will officiate. Visitation for Mr. Williams will be held from 9 to 10 A.M. the day of services. Burial will follow at Bethany Cemetery, rural Edinburg, IL.
