Mrs. Lisa Jo (Lowrance) Hartnell, 56, of Moweaqua, IL passed away at 5:35 pm Saturday, January 19, 2013 in Decatur Memorial Hospital.

She was born in Pana, IL February 7, 1956 the daughter of Orlando Glenn and Alice Naomi (McCloy) Lowrance. Lisa married Darrell W. Hartnell January 7, 2000 at the home of Tony and LeAnn Kersey in Taylorville, IL.

Mrs. Hartnell was a member Owaneco Methodist Church and the Order of the Eastern Star of Assumption. Lisa graduated in 1974 from Assumption High School and attended Richland Community College. She formerly worked at Small World Nursery and later at Moweaqua Retirement Center as a Hostess and loved spending time with family and friends.

Surviving are her husband Darrell of Moweaqua, IL 5 children Bruce W. Lowe II, of Stonington, IL JoAnn (Chris) Reilly of Pana, IL Larry Hartnell and Darren Hartnell both of Moweaqua, IL Gina (Josh) Ritchie of Macon, IL Grandchildren Danielle Lash of Pana, IL Jeri Ann (Trevor) Higgins of Moweaqua, IL Michelle (Matt) Massey of Richmond, TX Brandon (Katie) Pinkston of Peoria, IL Patrick Hartnell of Moweaqua, IL Dalton Ritchie of Malden, MO Kendra Brown of Moweaqua, IL Great-grandchildren Braden Pinkston and Benjamin Lash, 2 sisters Jane (Rick) Oberbroeckling of Debouque, IA LeAnn (Tony) Kersey of Taylorville, IL 2 brothers Jerry Lowrance and Jon Lowrance both of Assumption, IL and Uncle Lawrence (Lucille) McCloy of Mason, IL along with a great many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and cousins and Brutus her cat.

She was preceded in death by her parents and brother Clarence "Duffy" Lowrance.

Funeral services were held at 1:00 pm Wednesday, January 23, 2013 in Owaneco Methodist Church. Burial followed in Fraley Cemetery, East of Taylorville, IL Visitation was held at the church Tuesday from 5 to 7 pm. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
