Mr. Leo Puccetti, 92, of Taylorville, IL passed away at 9:20 PM Wednesday, September 28, 2011 in Meadow Manor Nursing Home, Taylorville.

He was born in Tovey, IL August 29, 1919 the son of Silvio and Domenica (Verardi) Puccetti. He married Dina Marie Piacentini on September 24, 1948 in Grandville, IL. She preceded him in death on November 30, 1989.

Mr. Puccetti owned and operated the Bel-Air Restaurant and Night Club in Taylorville from 1953 to 1966. He later retired from the State of Illinois Department of Revenue. Leo was a great Cardinals fan.

He is survived by nieces and nephews including Dena husband Pren "Pete" Lancaster of Kincaid, IL., Danny Puccetti also of Kincaid, IL., and Norma husband John Ford of Rockford, IL., along with several great nieces & nephews and great-great nieces and nephews.

Leo was preceded in death by his parents, wife Dina, brother James Puccetti and sister Ann Moody.
