Judith Ann (Wall) Carter

Mrs. Judith Ann Carter, 77, of Kincaid, IL passed from this life at 4:34 p.m. Wednesday, October 9, 2024, at Springfield Memorial Hospital.

She was born on February 21, 1947, in Hillsboro, IL, the daughter of Virgil and Helen (Green) Wall.

Judith married George Carter on June 24, 1966, in Belleville, IL.

Mrs. Carter collected baskets, angels and dolls.  She loved spending time with her family and especially her fur babies Chloe and Lilly Ann.

Surviving are her husband George Carter, daughters Deanna Carter and Tania (Daniel) Pop all of Kincaid, IL 3 grandchildren Brittany Burchi and her companion Robert Epps of Divernon, IL Kelsey Pop and her companion Trevor Lindsay of Jacksonville, IL Dylan Pop of Springfield, IL a great-grandchild Ronin Epps, 2 sisters Leona (Richard) Goebel of Prairietown, IL Rena (Brent) Schmollinger of Staunton, IL 2 brothers Clifford (Sandra) Wall of Staunton, IL Brian (Melodie) Wall of Ft. Worth, TX a sister-in-law Alice Wall and her companion Jim Rondi of Staunton along with several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents and 2 brothers Clinton Wall and Gary Wall.

A celebration of Mrs. Carter’s life will be announced at a later date.  Masterson Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements.
