Jean Victoria (Costante) Moutrey

Mrs. Jean V. Moutrey, 84, of Bulpitt, IL was called home to the Lord at 11:00 A.M. Sunday, May 12, 2024, from Taylorville Memorial Hospital.

She was born December 15, 1939 in Chicago, IL the daughter of Vincent and Philamena Victoria Costante.  Jean married Joseph Anthony Wenglarz and he preceded her in death in 1980.  Jean married Alfred L. Moutrey January 19, 1996 in Ottawa, IL and he preceded her in death September 13, 2015.

Mrs. Moutrey worked for several years at St. Anne’s Hospital in Chicago.  She later worked for Granger and served as an Ordained Minister.  She enjoyed time spent with family and especially her faith in the Lord.

Surviving are 2 sons David (wife Yulanda) Wenglarz of Wilmington, IL., Joseph James Wenglarz of Bulpitt, IL., 2 daughters Judith Murray of Lexington, IL., and Mary Jean (husband David) Ross of West Chicago, IL., her step-children Alfred L. (Caryn) Moutrey, Lori (Randy) Stilley, Olivia Moutrey and Jonathan Moutrey along with many grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husbands, 3 brothers and 2 sisters.

A memorial gathering will be held from 10 to 11:30 Saturday, May 18, 2024, at Masterson Funeral Home in Kincaid. Condolences may also be left at mastersonfh.com
