Mr. Hubert Lee, 87, of Bulpitt, IL formerly of Pawnee, IL passed away at 12:10 pm Thursday May 28, 2015 at home.

He was born January 3, 1928 in Creston KY. The son of Jesse and Bertha (Carmen) Lee. He married Evelyn Tedder on his birthday January 3, 1952 in Columbia KY.

Hubert was a member of Zenobia Baptist Church. He worked as a farm hand for several different area farmers and later operated a lawn care business in the Midland area for several years. Hubert loved to squirrel hunt and watch his grandkids at their ball games.

He is survived by his wife Evelyn Lee of Bulpitt, IL 2 sons Roger (Kathy) Lee of Springfield IL, and Randy (Kathy) Lee of Pawnee IL. 2 Grandsons Ryan Lee and companion Abby Baker of Belleville IL and Andy Lee and Fiancée Danielle Bolsen of Pawnee IL and his favorite dog Peewee along with several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers Elmer Lee and Delmer (Buck) Lee and one sister Ruby Edwards.

Visitation for Mr. Lee will be held from 9:00 am to 11:00 am on Monday, June 1, 2015 at Masterson Funeral Home, Kincaid, IL. Funeral services follow at 11:00 am Monday June 1, 2015 at the funeral home with Rev. Charles White officiating. Burial will be in Horse Creek Cemetery Pawnee.
