Mrs. Donna L. Heissinger, 74, of Taylorville, IL formerly of Kincaid, IL., died at 10:27 pm Monday, March 4, 2013 in Taylorville Memorial Hospital.

She was born July 22, 1938 in Kincaid, IL the daughter of Raymond D. and L. Mildred (Jelley) Byrne.

Donna was a member of VFW #4495 Auxiliary and Eagles #1425 Auxiliary both in Taylorville.

Surviving are sons Keith (Kyla) Ruyle and Kent Crawford all of Taylorville, IL., Kerry (Teresa) Crawford of Lincoln, IL a daughter Karen Crawford of Taylorville, IL sister Lora (Harold) Bryant of WI, brothers William Byrne of CA, David (Donna) Byrne of Decatur, IL sister in law Delores Byrne of Bulpitt, IL 10 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband George Heissinger, and 2 brothers Eugene and Bobby Glenn Byrne.

Graveside services were held at 10:00 am Thursday, March 7, 2013 in Glen Haven Memorial Gardens, Taylorville, IL. Michael J. Masterson officiated. Masterson Funeral Home in Kincaid handled arrangements.
