Deborah Ann "Debbie" Viall, 63, of Taylorville, IL passed away at 10:12 PM Sunday, July 28, 2013 in Memorial Medical Center, Springfield, IL.

She was born in Taylorville, IL March 19, 1950 the daughter of Edward G. and Wilma M. (Warren) Bruns.

Debbie was a member of Taylorville United Methodist Church and a member of P.E.O. She graduated from Taylorville High School in 1968 and later from University of Illinois Springfield with a BA in Biology. Debbie formerly worked as a Kindergarten Teacher and was co-owner of Green Miracles Plant Shop in Taylorville from 1976 to 1999. She loved spending time with her family and friends.

Surviving are a son Zachary and his wife Heather Viall of Oswego, IL a daughter Abby Viall and her fiancée Michael Cooper of Chicago, IL 2 grandchildren Connor Viall and Ryan Viall, 2 sisters-in-law Bonnie Bruns of Taylorville, IL and Del Rae Beermann Dakota City, NE and a niece Laura Long of Taylorville, IL and nephew Andy Bruns of Greencastle PA.

Her parents and a brother Warren E. "Pee Wee" Bruns preceded her in death.

Funeral services were held at 10:00 AM Thursday, August 1, 2013 in Taylorville United Methodist Church 200 S. Walnut St. Taylorville, IL Pastor Robert Cook of Mt. Auburn United Methodist Church officiated. Visitation was held from 6 to 8 PM Wednesday, July 31, at Taylorville United Methodist Church. Burial was at 2:00 PM Thursday in Stewardson Cemetery, Stewardson, IL. Masterson Funeral Home in Kincaid is handling arrangements.

Memorials in her memory may be made to the Taylorville United Methodist Church or the American Cencer Society.
