Mr. Clementh “Pete” Frazier, 75, of Kincaid, IL passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family at 6:34 a.m. Wednesday, July 10, 2019 at Memorial Medical Center in Springfield, IL.
He was born in Kincaid, IL on August 1, 1943 to Lyle and Raymonda “Betty” (Boulanger) Frazier. Pete married Sheila Busonic on May 5, 1962 in Las Vegas, NV.
Mr. Frazier retired from Peabody Mine #10. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, trap shooting, garden tractor pulling, Nascar racing and attending events at South Fork Dirt Riders. Most of all, he loved spending time with his family and attending all of his grandchildren’s events. He never met a stranger and would help anyone in need. He will be deeply missed.
Surviving are his wife of 57 years, Sheila of Kincaid, and 3 daughters Shelly (Michael) Birchard of Vacaville, CA; Kathy (George) Day of Pawnee, IL; Debbie (Eric) Martin of Kincaid, IL; grandchildren Justin, Brian, and Katie Cornell, Matthew and Rylee Birchard; Megan McGlothlin, Petie and Jordan Day; Shelby and Kyle Durbin; great grandchildren Roman and Leo Cornell, Murphy Siempelkamp, Lexi Thomas and Jaxon Pierce, siblings Alfred (Madonna) Frazier of Kincaid, IL; Louise Cooper of AZ; Lyle Frazier of Edinburg; Ella (Gary) Julius of Taylorville; Ken (Chuck Brunk) Frazier of Pawnee and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Cremation rites are being accorded. Masterson Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Kincaid is assisting the family with arrangements. A private family gathering will be held at a later date.
