Peggy D. Lewis, 70, of Marshall, IL passed peacefully from this life at 09:38 am, Saturday September 7, 2019 at her daughters home near Taylorville.
She was born in Terra Haute, IN on June 1, 1949 the daughter of Theodore and Patricia (Dill) Eirhart.
She married Robert Lewis in Casey, IL on October 5, 1968 and he preceded her in death March 12, 2016.
Mrs. Lewis attended Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witness in Taylorville and in Paris, IL.
Surviving are two daughters Dawne (Sam) Wright of Taylorville, IL, and April (Brian) Murphy, two sons Robert Lewis Jr and Matt Lewis all of Marshall, IL, along with 9 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, 3 sisters Treva (Bill) Love of Taylorville, IL, Anita Eirhart and husband Greg English of Marshall, IL, and Nina Rosie of Ft. Wayne, IN, six brothers Ted Jr. (Darlene) Eirhart of Hawaii, David (Barbara) Eirhart of Clyde, NC, Donald (Terri) Eirhart Paris, IL, Dan (Kim) Eirhart of Taylorville, IL, Eldon (Rebecca) Eirhart of Terra Haute, IN and Dane Eirhart of Marshall, IL.
She was preceded in death by her parents and husband Robert.
Cremation rites have been accorded. Masterson Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Kincaid, IL has been entrusted with her care.
